American Flyers has helped more than 100,000 pilots pass their FAA Knowledge Test. We offer various options for our students to achieve their goal: 3-Day Weekend Classes, a DVD Program, and an internet home study program called “I-PASS”.
If you can gracefully take a long weekend out from your personal and business commitments and prefer the camaraderie of others in a traditional class, then our weekend class, which is held monthly, is your best bet. If you are the disciplined type, but extremely busy and not necessarily free to make your own schedule, the home study programs are right for you. And if you’re the really over-scheduled, “A” type, or just need a quick review of the material, then one-on-one instruction might work best for you. Regardless of what method you choose, we guarantee your results. If for any reason you do not pass, which is rare, you can be assured that any additional preparation will be on us.
There are three components that make up a class: the manual, illustrations and the teacher. The American Flyers Study Guide, as we prefer to call the manual, is the result of over sixty years of evolution and, frankly, if it’s not the best, it’s certainly one of the best available. The collection of illustrations in our database is the most extensive in the world, so whetherit's a picture or a video you’ll get the quality that you should demand.
